Here are our shop policies! When you purchase an item from us, this is what you are agreeing to:

  • Exchanges: exchanges are not accepted due to the custom nature of each order.

  • Cancellations: Due to the expediency of our order processing, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed with Rush or Expedited shipping selected at checkout and bulk orders (10+ hoops) will not be canceled at any time, for any reason.


  • Damaged items: If your item(s) has been damaged upon arrival, please take a couple photos of the damage and email them to the shop as proof of damage. The shop will file an insurance claim with USPS and a replacement order will be shipped as soon as possible. As of January 2020, all damaged items will need to be returned to the shop for insurance purposes. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for you to return the item(s). A replacement order will not be issued/ shipped until the damaged item(s) is returned. International orders, please see INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

  • Lost items: USPS requires a waiting period of 15 days before assuming a package is "lost". If your package has not arrived/ your tracking information has not updated within 15 days from the date of the last scan-in, we will file a "Lost Mail" insurance claim with USPS. Once the claim is approved we will issue a refund or replacement. Approval times can vary and may take up to 30 days during the holiday season- your patience and understanding is appreciated!

  • Returns and refunds: returns are accepted on a case by case basis only, and will be accepted at the shop's discretion. As of April 2022, all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee of the total order cost. If you would like to return your item(s), a refund will be issued once the item(s) are received back at the shop and inspected. Shipping costs associated with item(s) being returned are the buyers responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by the shop. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; if the item(s) are received with noticeable damage and/or wear from suspected use, a 35% restocking fee of the total order cost will be deducted from your refund. If shipping instructions are not followed and the item(s) arrive back at the shop damaged, no refund will be issued nor will the items be returned to the buyer. Return requests must be initiated within three (3) actual days from the date of delivery. Accepted returns must be shipped back within seven (7) actual days from the date of delivery. International orders are not eligible for return. Orders of 3 or more hoops are not eligible for return.


  • Undeliverable/Unclaimed: If your order is returned to the shop as "Undeliverable/Unclaimed", the shop will issue an invoice for $12.95 to reship domestic orders. International orders: please see INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. In the event your invoice remains unpaid after five (5) business days, your order will be canceled. As of April 2022, all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee of the total order cost. Original shipping paid by the buyer will not be refunded. You will be required to place a new order if you still wish to receive the items. 


  • Missing Mail: If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it you will need to contact your local post office and initiate a “missing mail search”. While we include complimentary shipping insurance on all our packages, it does not cover misdelivery or mail theft- if you suspect mail theft, please contact your local police department to file a police report. If you can provide the shop with a copy of the missing mail search, any additional correspondence you may have with USPS regarding the status of your package AND a certified copy of a police report for mail theft, we will offer a one time courtesy replacement of the package.

  • Rush Shipping and Expedited Shipping: Selecting "Rush Shipping" at checkout guarantees that your order will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Selecting "Expedited Shipping" at checkout guarantees that your order will ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. These options refer to the processing time of your order ONLY, and does not indicate how quickly the shipping carrier will deliver your order. All delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and no refunds will be issued for delays on the part of the shipping carrier. 

  • Incorrect Order: If you were shipped the wrong item/your order is incorrect the shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the items. The correct item(s) will be shipped only once the returned item(s) have been received back at the shop. Shipping instructions will be provided with the prepaid return shipping label issued by the shop; any shipping costs incurred by the buyer by not following the shipping instructions/ not using the prepaid return label will not be reimbursed by the shop.


  • Size Discrepancies: As all items are handmade, minor size discrepancies may occur. If your hoop is larger or smaller than the requested size by 1” in diameter, or 3.14” in circumference, the shop will replace the hoop with one the correct size. To measure your hoop properly, measure horizontally from the outer edge of one side of the hoop directly across to the outer edge of the other side of the hoop. Then, perform the same measurement vertically across the hoop. Add the two measurements together and divide them by two; this will give you the most accurate/average measurement of the hoop.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are currently shipping to select international countries. VAT's, import taxes, customs fees, and other applicable taxes may be charged at the time of arrival in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MissHoopsALot does not and will not pay these taxes and fees, nor will the shop reimburse the buyer for these fees. Buyers should contact the customs office in their country to determine what, if any, fees their package will be subject to upon arrival.


  • International shipments where VAT's, import taxes, customs fees, and other applicable taxes are not paid and result in the package being returned to the shop will forfeit the right to have the package reshipped. All international shipments returned for failure to pay applicable taxes and fees will incur a 50% restocking fee, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • International shipping costs are calculated by USPS. MissHoopsALot is unable to modify or reduce shipping costs for international shipments.

  • International customs forms cannot be modified. Falsifying the cost of goods on customs forms to reduce import fees is illegal and the shop will not accommodate these requests.

  • Questions regarding items that are lost, damaged, delayed, or destroyed during international shipping need to be direct to the international shipping carrier. MissHoopsALot will not be held liable for lost, damaged, delayed, or destroyed items once the shipment departs from the United States.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Our current processing time is approximately 5-10 business days; business days are the working days of the week and do not include weekends or holidays. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received unless Rush shipping is selected at checkout. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday will begin being processed on the next full business day, at which time the current processing time will begin. 'Processing time' refers to how quickly your order is crafted and does not include shipping and transit time.

  • By purchasing from this shop, you are agreeing to the current processing time. No orders will be canceled or refunded for failing to acknowledge the current processing time.


  • By purchasing from this shop, you are acknowledging that we are a separate entity from USPS and any other shipping carrier we may utilize. We will not be held liable for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are approximate in nature. MissHoopsALot makes no delivery guarantees of any kind, and no returns or refunds will be offered due to a delay in delivery on the part of the shipping carrier.


  • By purchasing from this shop, you are agreeing to the price of the product. No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase and will not be applied/refunded after an order is placed. This shop does not price match any prices, including its own.


  • By purchasing from this shop, you are acknowledging that all information necessary to complete your order has been submitted and is correct. Changes to current orders may be accommodated on a case by case basis; however, the shop cannot guarantee that any requests submitted after the order is placed will be applied- these changes include, but are not limited to: changes in address, or changes to the size, color, or material you purchased. Any orders submitted without the proper information necessary to complete the order are subject to cancellation at the shop's discretion.


  • By purchasing from this shop, you are acknowledging that all pictures on our website are taken to display colors as accurately as possible and are not filtered or adjusted to improperly display the true color. As individual monitor, computer, and personal lighting setups can differ, colors may vary in person. The shop will not accept returns or exchanges based on perceived color variations.


  • By purchasing from this shop, you are acknowledging that all hoops are measured by outer diameter (OD). The shop will not accept returns or exchanges based on outer diameter to inner diameter measurement discrepancies.


  • By purchasing from this shop you understand that the shop may make necessary changes to your order that deviate from the listing description. Any changes made to your order that deviate from the listing description are to enhance your order only, including but not limited to: changing a polycarb connection to a polypro connection if it serves to enhance the shape of hoop and/or its performance.
